Wondering if someone could help me fault find.

Just fueled up my 2014 Aygo - All good, no issues driving to get fuel.

Go to start up again and the engine tries to turn over but won't go (it's not clicking it's trying to start but not catching).

I've got an FM transmitter that also tells me the voltage, it says 11.7 - So it should obviously be higher.

I give it a few minutes and try it again, same thing, no start, 11.7 volts.

I give it 5 minutes while someone brings me some cables and it starts time, FM transmitter says voltage is 13.4 which is normal.

I can't figure out what the problem is. If it were a case of not starting it would fault find either the battery alternator or the alternator belt. But being as it has eventually started and has the correct voltage I'm stuck.

I do have a habbit of leaving the lights on when I get fuel, but can't imagine this being an issue for the 3 minutes they are left on.
