PH Annual Service 2025 - register your interest

Our sell-out event at Bicester Heritage is back - here's how to secure your tickets

2024 marked our return to Bicester Heritage for the inaugural Annual Service powered by Michelin. It sold out with more than 6,000 of you attending, with hundreds of sensational curated cars on display throughout the site and thousands more to gawp at in the car park. We’re excited to have Michelin back as our title sponsor this year, so keep an eye out for a number of promotions in the coming months, including an exclusive tyre offer.

If you missed out last year, we had our first live stage with speakers ranging from Jonny Smith of The Late Brake Show, to Dave Eaton talking about building a Porsche 917 and a live podcast recording with The Intercooler. We were joined by some of the best in the business exhibiting across the site from MST Cars launching their Evo-X at the event in the hangar to the RML Short Wheelbase in the paddock.

Suffice to say, there was something for everyone, with our car of the show awards going to a S1 Lotus Elise Sport 160, BMW E30 M3 Evo II, S1 Lotus Exige, ’68 Ford Mustang, Datsun 280Z and the overall winner being a minty fresh S1 Peugeot 106 Rallye.

We’re heading back to Bicester Heritage on August 9th this year with plans to make the event bigger and better with our display lawn themes and live stage line-up to follow in due course. Capacity will again be limited, so register your interest here to be one of the first to get access to our early bird tickets and hear the latest information when we have it.

Been to both of these in the past two years, I might be away this year with work but have always had a superb time. Can't recommend highly enough!

Nope, 9th is a Saturday which is when the Annual service takes place.

I’m going to think for a while before committing my hard earned money for a ticket, based on the very disappointing turn out of vehicles on the ‘lawns’ last year. It’s a long way for me to travel to see so few cars.

I suspect this could be solved by giving those displaying something whether discounted/free tickets or a gift in return. I’d like to display my new car this year if it fits the criteria but having an early start and late finish and paying the same as those in the field would discourage me.

I understand PH has to make money but personally I thought there were too many traders ‘on site’. This meant there was less space for the chosen few to display. I know it was mentioned there were a number of no shows but why not let others who arrive park up and take their slot on the day. Maybe insurance liabilities and health and safety prevents this. Again in my opinion I found the off site areas more interesting.

Something we're working on for this year for sure thumbup We did have up to 50% no shows in some display areas which was a shame, so something we'll also be focusing on this year to encourage those signed up to attend and also backfilling where possible on the day.

Thanks for the feedback. In our post event survey, 60% of people voted they'd like to see more exhibitors at the event, coming in third behind more display cars and more live content. We're working on all of this for this year and naturally, the main car park is always going to be epic thanks to the members on here. We're planning to expand the event out further to make grass parking outside of the paddock more included in the event itself, so watch this space.

Hmm it's working fine for me and we've had plenty of sign ups over the weekend. Are you trying to use the email address on your account - happy to add you to the list if that helps?
