I see my question didnt make it!
It was just seeing how fast you lot have all taken your vettes in the UK...... Remove the first digit if you dont want to admit your true speed.. So for example 55MPH - we all know what you mean!

Just under 50mph in the Z28 and 46mph in my last 1985 C4. I haven't found a clear enough road for the Z06, 20mph being about the best across the Beacons but I'm finding that being a newer car worth a lot more than I'm used to, I'm far more sympathetic to a fat bluebottle impacting the nose at high speed and what it's likely to do to the paint so I tend to use it more as a stalking predator than an outright missile.

162.6MPH on the airfield at TOTB2 and that's all I'm saying for this country !

Mines a 55 on the A1M last weekend - about 3.30am though so quiet and for only about 10 secs.
