So i have a few leaks in my garage. Not terrible when it rains but storms and snow find there way through.

Its metal corrugated sheets, i got up there last year and replaced all the screws to see if that helped, it didn't.

Has anyone used a coating, liquid rubber etc.. any suggestions.

Ultimately id rubber roof the garage but the cost is prohibitive especially if i can sort out the few leaks in mine.

thanks in advance

If the rain/snow is blowing in then you need to understand its route and work on it.
Maybe flashings or overlaps need improving.

Corrugated should not need sealing, but mastic like 'roof and gutter sealant' can be used.
It should work by overlaps and might be intended to give a bit of ventilation at the ridge?

Where fixings penetrate, if you can't use the proper rubber washers or whatever, a small piece of 'flashband' works.

Desperate attempt to get another year when it's pinholed with rust, maybe aluminised bitumen paint.
