Replacing BMW Advanced Car Eye 1.0

Hi all, I have a BMW ACE 1.0 installed in my car - it was already installed when I bought it. It's never worked well and I've pretty much given up on it as the screen won't calibrate anymore.

I'd like to replace it but utilise the wiring that's currently in place. Does anyone know of a replacement that will effectively just plug and play, or do I need to just remove it all completely?
