2010 transit instrument cluster stopped working

Good evening all,

Had to bump my van today and once it fired up the dash and headlights went out. Dash lights and headlights are back on but now the rev, speedometer, fuel and temp gauges are no longer working. Also digital mileage isn't counting and staying on the mileage when this issue happened.

Fuel mpg is still working..

Other fault is when I lock the van, the mileage and fuel lcd is staying lit up

Any ideas?
