Temporary sink set in a kitchen, any ideas?

Hi All

I am having new kitchen installed (the house is tenanted) and a bit of snag occurred, which gonna mean be without a sink for a few weeks to a month, instead of a couple of days.

I now need to replicate a sink set up, with a temporary version.

I have the pipework & waste, that I could attach a tap tail feed and waste too.

Anyone, got any ideas or used a set up that works, I saw this one on Amazon.
