Temporary sink set in a kitchen, any ideas?
Discussion
Hi All
I am having new kitchen installed (the house is tenanted) and a bit of snag occurred, which gonna mean be without a sink for a few weeks, instead of a couple of days.
I want to replicate a sink set up with a temporary version.
I have the pipework & waste, that I could attach a tap tail feed and waste too.
Anyone, got any ideas or used a set up that works, I saw this one on Amazon.

Buying that catering sink seems like rather overkill to me, considering the cost. What do you plan to use it for when your kitchen is complete because I think you'd struggle to sell that unless you'd be prepared to accept pocket change for it.
When we had ours done we just used the bath and put the washing up bowl in there. The overhead shower was quite handy for rinsing off the dishes too. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. We were mostly living off takeaways whilst the work was underway so the washing up was limited to forks, spoons and some beakers. I certainly wouldn't be sinking
£125 into a temporary sink set-up personally.
