Google sheets help - lists from check boxes

I have googled, but I cant seem to get it to work.

I have a "master sheet" with a list of numbers assigned names on it followed by 2 variables which are tick boxes (Y being a tick in the box)

A1, John, Y,1
B1, Ben,N,0
C1, Bill,Y,1
D1, Ken,N,0

When the Y is set to Y I want to create a list on another sheet so in this case the list would look like

A1, John, Y,1
C1, Bill,Y,1

I guess I need to use a filter with true and false statements?

Does googlesheets offer something similar to pivottables that Excel offers?

If so, it should be simply to create one with the filters you want.

Sorted it now thanks found a working sheet and just edited it to my needs
