Dellorto Carb set up

I`m pretty convinced my S3 is running way to rich, alarming fuel consumption and misfiring due to flooding when starting from cold... not a problem in the summer months but a pain this time of year. Runs nicely when firing on all 4.
I live in South Norfolk, does anyone know of a specialist in my area who can sort this?

They like to run a bit rich. I have got my HC Turbo running very well, I'm near Great Yarmouth. Bring it round sometime and we can check mixture, timing, carb balance etc.
