Found a Rolex in the street

I found this Rolex last night. I've contacted the place it was found and obviously get back to its owner, but just wondered if anyone knew anything about it, bar being a Rolex Submariner.

Fake?

To be fair, the bezel doesn't move, but there's a greenish hologram Rolex logo on the back.

Is it meant to be new fake? Looks like it's been down a drain. You should find a celeb on X and post that you saw them drop their watch and are happy to return it.

The fact that it says Submariner on the dial and has a Yachtmaster bezel is a sign of £5 DHGate special, then there is literally everything else about it! Was the crown the runt of the litter?
