Asking a bit of a favour from anyone that can do this - I’ve a missing service record on my 2012 C class wagon that is like to get so I can print it and put in my documents file. I know it was done but have no other data.

Can anyone help?

ETA just rang the indie where I get my cars serviced and - given I put a fair bit of business their way - thought I’d ask if they could get it for me.

“It charges us £10 every time we log on”.

I know for a fact that it does not (b2bconnect); I wouldn’t have minded paying a sum for the pages, but that was a blatant untruth. They’ve just lost my business.

I have managed to obtain full digital service records just by going into my local Mercedes dealer armed with Logbook in my name and some id, driving licence and a utility bill.
Never been charged and even offered a coffee/tea and pastries while I waited for them to print off everything.
