Sad news:

Would be good to see him win that one!

One of the sport's true characters.

sad news indeed. A great character and worth his weight in (entertainment) gold. I'm keeping a good thought for him.

Damn, wish him all the best. Always had a soft spot for those yellow Jordan's back in the day, and he was always a good character.

Yeah my favourite livery of the times. Someone in our works car park seems to have recently procured one of those Jordan branded Honda Civics. In that yellow with the hornets embroidered on the seats. Its a cool little thing.

Oh crap, sorry to hear that.

76 was older than I thought he was though, and he’s certainly had a very enjoyable life.

I wish him well as someone who has metastatic prostate cancer.
He still talks rubbish sometimes but then again so do I.

I'm pretty sure stage 4 isn't a 'make it through' thing sadly.

No-one battles cancer, it either kills you or you medicate it with horrible consequences, he is a very lucky man to be able to still be here, once it gets into your bones that is usually end game as it is with Sir Chris.

But to repeat EJ's message get the finger up the bum, it takes 2 seconds, get the blood test, the testing is garbage, but have them both, it is better than nothing, Sir Chris's plight made me do it.

And if you have an enlarged prostate, as I did, you can get help with it. To relieve the symptoms.

Don't be proud, your family and friends will not thank you if not wanting a finger up there, puts you off. Be a man!

And as Deadpool says "It's not what it does to you, it's what it does to the people you love." Wise words from the comedy idiot.

Pretty sure Rhod Gilbert survived S4..... though considerably younger than EJ.

Best wishes to EJ and hope he beats cancer. It's a bd of a disease.

At least he already has a good collection of wigs for when his hair falls out...
