Yes, love it.

Kombu, wakame, hijiki and arame mainly for my Japanese food but I use it for other dishes.

Samphire and dulse for all sort of things.

It just gives you that extra umami taste.

Being Welsh, I love Laverbread. Proper seaweed. Cooked with butter & lardons. Splash of Sarsons & some Oatmeal.
