S22 Ultra - Gets stuck in boot loop

As per title really.. My 26 month old S22U has started to randomly reboot itself and then gets stuck in a loop (sometimes a few reboots, but has done it for 2 hours on one occasion 
)
Has anyone else had this? It seems to be a reasonably common issue if I search, and affected people after an update. Samsung are obviously saying I'm out of warranty so it's chargeable to fix but I'm thinking that 2 years and couple of months for a flagship phone is a bit laughable?
