Can you go on the website below and check that your meter is on the database as an Economy 10

Select "Who is my supplier" in the top right corner
We have an E10 meter, but it is down as E7. Our neighbours have the same.
I have a conspiracy theory hat on at the moment. I believe that a lot of suppliers are trying to phase out E10.
We are getting a lot of pressure to change to a smart meter, which because they think we are E7, only offer night/day and not the afternoon & evening boost.
