Earphones repair

I have a set of mediadevil earphones Ive had and not used for a number of years. I remember them being pretty good as I'm partially deaf and couldn't find decent ones at the time.

They don't work now, so does anyone know where I can get them repaired? Obviously not wanting it to be too costly but they look too good to throw away.

I'm based in Watford, but if they need to be posted, I can do that too.
