Khalife is the young British Army guy who escaped from Wandsworth jail.

Reading about him, it felt like this 'walt' type man has actually done the UK a service by highlighting security issues.
Big example: he left the jail hanging onto the underside of a food delivery van; DESPITE the jail authorities being aware they were a prisoner short.

There's other examples in the story of opportunities missed.
