It’s summery, it’s fruity, I’d stick my face in it.
You’ve got so much booze in there it’s making you look attractive.
Etc.
He’s doomed.

Going to be interested if any of these are in the current period and how many predate that and are therefore part of the current theme of applying todays standards to yesterdays acts.
Not apologising for anything, but outcome will be enlightening nonetheless.

One of those ‘celebs’ who kept getting work despite no particular talent whatsoever. An amazing run of employment considering.

Even more so now that the Beeb claim there were 13 separate complaints over a 17 year period.

Fair point and shows how people think the worst when scanning those sort of articles

In tonight's Masterchef Professionals he says "I don't know whether to eat it or kiss it."

Another one of those instances where one doesn’t have all the information.
So perfect internet rage fodder.

Yes I thought that was part of the schtick... basically great british in-you-endo.

We was a presenter on that program about different food factories. Food factories are actually quite fascinating but why they got him to front it with his speak-at-you-like-you're-five delivery I don't know. Ruined a good show.

"Broadcaster Kirsty Wark, who was a Celebrity MasterChef contestant in 2011, said he told "sexualised" jokes during filming."
So 13 years ago he told her a dirty joke. Hold the front page.
Whilst sirkier was head of the CPS 2 sexual predators were reported for multiple rapes and got away with it so we better have trial by media of any man who may have said anything faintly smuty.

Sounds like sexist jokes. Hardly crime of the century.

Try reading the BBC article. 13 complaints over 17 years, some as recent as 2022.
There was an HR investigation in 2018 about an incident in that year, which led to the conclusion that "many aspects of [Wallace's] behaviour were both unacceptable and unprofessional"

Well it’s a good job all those exposed didn’t break down into an irrecoverable mental state, and that the world kept spinning.

Next on “the news”, more inane nonsense about what people said and what other people thought about what they said!
