Friend returned from the USA earlier in the year due to divorce and parent health issues, leaving his RV behind.
He has now come to the difficult conclusion that he will not be going back and therefore should sell his RV.

Anyone know any trade buyers or decent auction sites to sell it through.

It's in the greater LA area, Winnebago Adventurer 2008.

Cheers

Problem is viewing will be very difficult (it's in storage) so he can have loads of tyre kickers, it really needs to go to trade or Auction.

If it's in good shape, it's probably worth between $35-40k retail. Unfortunately, an RV dealer (if they're even prepared to offer on a unit of that age) is probably only going to offer half that. There is a bit of a glut of Class A buses in the market nationally (I'm half-heartedly looking for one myself) so I think you need to be prepared for a bit of a kick in the shorts....

Not being able to show it and instead looking for a trade bid when combined with telling a trade buyer he is not in the US and won't be back is unfortunately going to result in him getting an absolute kicking in the nuts price wise.

ETA: I wouldn't mind trying to help handle the sale in exchange for a bit of beer money (although I don't drink so maybe ammo money?!) however I'm around 1,200 miles away so not very helpful!
