Hi all.

Current door lock has been on around eighteen years, and is jamming up inside, probably due to wear.

It is a 5 lever ERA make approx 16mm long.

Is it just a case of undoing a few screws, or is there anything I need to be aware of?

Many thanks,

WR.

Surely a like for like replacement would be best - any good locksmiths should be able to supply / supply & fit.

Should just be, handles off, undo screws and the old lock should come out. Ideally like for like replacement and try to get one that is handed the same or has a spinny latch. I've found taking them apart to reverse the latch a bit fiddly!
