4 active typhoons

So currently in a first, 4 active typhoons, never occurred before hit Philippines.

My thinking is it is all too late.

Too many people on earth, too much consumerism. I think the damage has been done. Things like this will become more common. Too late now to change people's mindsets.

Yes, you can't have eight billion people on the planet without affecting it. What we should be doing is adapting, as mankind always has, not trying to play Canute. As David Attenborough said before he went eco, the problem is population.
