Lunch for Office Meeting - Central London

Hi, I have a meeting in our offices in Holborn later this week and wondered if anyone has experience of ordering a decent buffet lunch for similar situations? There will probably be around 25 people. The usual approach is to order from Pret but I'm thinking there must be some more interesting offerings out there...

These days pretty much everything can be scheduled on Deliveroo/JustEat etc so maybe just pick the sort of food you want and go from there.
Think we've used Leon, Nandos, The SushiCo in the Farringdon/Holborn area in the recent past
