Last of the line: F-Type P450 V8

I tried out an F-Type a while back, but it didn't work out for me.
The engines were epic (apart from the 4 pot): drivetrain, ride & handling were all good.
Interior SatNav screen was not exactly up there with the best, and there was no HUD, but not a deal breaker.
Boot space is enough for a weekend away.
The two major issues for me were a lack of legroom and feeling claustrophobic with the low windscreen top.
It turns out that Jaguar have somehow made the seats skinner in some later models to create extra legroom - not much extra, but enough.
And the fixed pano glass roof solves the claustrophobia thing.
So here is me taking delivery of a pre-reg P450 RWD with 14 miles on the clock.
I do know that the P575 is out there, it is more brutal, and has better pub bragging rights.
But this de-tuned V8 suits me just fine.
I wouldn't have necessarily gone for the all-black thing, but it seemed rude not to accept the deal that was being offered.
It does make me laugh a little that it is entirely de-badged. It doesn't even say "F Type" let alone "P450"
It will be called the Batmobile.

I didn't know about the seats being made thinner but suspect its more cost cutting than to facilitate increased legroom . I never found that the screen angle made me feel claustrophobic though the in cabin furnishings could have been better presented . Too much cheap plastics .

The 75 Edition has leather all over the place. The car will be kept indefinitely.
Paintwork - this will not be a daily driver.
I also have the use of a Polo 1.0T
so it might do 5k miles a year. I’m currently thinking to let Danny at Wash n Gloss at Sidlesham do his ceramic coating thing, as that worked well with the previous Kia Stinger, and just absorb the patina of stone chips as and when they happen.

It would not have been my first choice, but there weren’t many left and I have managed to get my head around the Batmobile thing - I think it’s sort of okay with everything else being black.If I smack them up into kerbs (highly likely) they could be re-cut to be not quite so black.

Pattern imprinted concrete.With cracks in places.
Lower maintenance than blocks, but it seems very hard to lay large areas without some cracks appearing, even with sections cut through. I have learned to live with the cracks.
