EDIT
I notice now, that the 'test' is simply an online Q & A.
What is the point of that?

Makes sense to me. Half the clowns in EVs have gone from a standard golf / an-other-vanilla car to a standard Model 3, that ruddy thing goes from 0-60 in 4 seconds.

EVs don't need to be as fast, could use smaller motors but they're in the 0-60 wars in the way ICE has been in a stupid bhp war for 20 years.

I can't remember the motorbike rules but don't they require another license if under a certain age?

Yes, in the UK the training and test procedures for even modest powered motorcycles are very thorough, for all ages.
It has proven successful, because even with an increase in motorcycle numbers, fatalities and injury numbers have declined.

I have a full motorcycle driving licence. Obtained a long time ago, riding a Honda 50.
Think the examiner watched, whilst hiding behind a tree!
When recently offered a drive on a Honda 600, I had enough sense to decline.
Have experience with high performance 4 wheels, but not 2 wheels.
