Campsite pitches
Discussion
I haven't booked tickets for a number of years and was surprised today when I couldn't get campsite tickets. I know - I was naive!
I'm now looking at resale options and hoping to get something.
There are two of us travelling on separate motorbikes with separate tents. Does anyone know whether we need to book 2 separate campsite pitches? Or can we share a pitch provided we can get both bikes and both tents onto the allocated space?
And / or does anyone know of anywhere else I can seek campsite spots? I've already bought the entry tickets so it's just camping.
Thank you.

If I did go with one of the resale agents, can I expect to be able to sell my current entry tickets on resale? They're just standard full week entry and are still available from the main site so I'm not sure anyone will want them on resale now. But are they likely to sell out?
This has all proved a little more tricky than I expected! I'll know better next time.

Camping tickets aren't actually "per-pitch" but "per-vehicle", so from that PoV be it a solo motorcycle or 12 seater minibus both are "1 ticket".There is a workaround though that might work for you - buy 1 camping ticket/one bike ride in and just park the second bike up somewhere and carry your stuff in on foot. Less convienient and one rider always slightly paranoid about their bike, but half the cost of 2 camping tickets!

The re-sale site is your best bet, you could try ringing round the agents, but you’ll pay a significant mark up, and likely have to buy 2 entry tickets per camping pass, which you obviously don’t need
This presupposes that any of the agents are able to take on new customers. I hear that their allocations have been reduced - again.
