DB11 cranking for oil pressure

Just wondering if there is any need to do this on a V12 DB11 if it’s been sitting a while. And if so, how?
This feature isn't on the 2nd century cars. IIRC it was on the n/a V8s as they were semi-dry sump design to get the engine as low as possible, but it doesn't explain why the wet sump n/a V12s might have also got it.KevinBird said:
It worked on my 2009 DBS. Push the throttle pedal to the floor and keep it there, then press start. It won't fire; it just cranks.
OP CAREFUL
Calinours above stated not 2nd century cars ie. including DB11.
The engine would start at full revs, if the crank only feature is not present.
