Finishers Behind Vantage Grill

Sorry I was struggling for the right description for the title but I’m swapping my trad slatted grill to an AMR type and I noticed the later cars often have a finisher fitted into the 6 bolt holes that are present behind the grill. I wondered if anyone knew what these are or a cheap option to tidy the appearance up when you don’t have them. Photos to show what I’m describing so poorly

I plan on wrapping those bits with satin black vinyl to cover the bolt holes, think it would look better than the plugs
