Does anyone know if the prices shown on COSTCO tyres website are VAT inclusive or if VAT is additional?

Not sure I can see tyre prices shown?
They are generally a very decent deal, especially when (like now!), they offer an extra £50-100 off a set of 4….& you don’t have to have them all installed at the same time, if you are perhaps 6-12 months off needing the second pair….

Inc vat but not fitting which is £12 per tyre. Currently £70 off Michelin when you buy four.

Jeepers - doesn't seem long ago it was £3 for fitting. And it always included it in the pricing, but it was itemised out on the receipt.

Yes it appears to be as when you check out this charge

An additional £12 inc VAT (£10 ex VAT) fitting charge per tyre will be added to your basket at checkout.

Is zeroed

Oddly fitting seems to be free at the moment as part of the Michelin promotion (which says you have to buy four Michelin tyres) confused

“Costco Installation included worth £12 per tyre Inc Vat on any one fitted Michelin/Goodyear/Bridgestone tyre”

£3 must be going back some years as it was was £8.40 + VAT back on Jun 2017 (just checked my invoice)!!

Just don’t wipe out the saving by spending £100+ on stuff you never knew you needed while you’re there!

It’s also worth checking Asda Tyres. They were cheaper than both Black Circles and Costco, plus Asda were at the same fitters as Black Circles.

yes I've found Asda tyres to be cheapest the last couple of times I've needed them, including a couple of weeks ago. Not sure exactly what it has to do with the supermarket but it operates much like Black Circles - you order through their website and the tyres get delivered to, and fitted by, whatever happens to be their local franchised dealer. For me it's a "Protyre".

Try kwikfit. They were £50 cheaper than anywhere else for me. Found a discount code online which worked when they were running a promotion.
