I had the KTM version a couple of years back. Unfortunately much of my riding was on road & the brakes were just not powerful enough. I also had the SMC version but wanted more power....
Very nice machine if you have enough green lanes available!

Thank you for your nice replies, I live in the Lake District so plenty of green lanes......

I wanted a bike which could be used on road and off road without too much compromise. 701 ticks hat box I think.
