Battery Conditioner Connection on DB11
Discussion
A DB11 will be better at holding a charge than the older VH models because of the more modern electrical architecture, and a lot depends on how often and long you drive it
The DB11 comes with a magnetic battery conditioner connector just on the RH side of the boot opening. Watch this video to show you where and how.
Obviously you'll need the correct magnetic "plug" adaptor for your conditioner but most manufacturers will sell them to you as an accessory.

Via the cigarette lighter socket in the boot (trunk) and one of these?

On my DB11 I used the CTEK ring terminal accessory and permanently mounted it to the terminal box in the engine bay.
The positive ring attaches to the heaviest red wire under the cover (red arrow); the ground goes to the ground terminal (yellow arrow). When I park the car, release the hood latch, plug in the CTEK (blue arrow) then close the hood. Then reverse and tuck the CTEK terminal pigtail into any convenient opening, close the hood and go.
I prefer this much more solid battery connection over the magnetic one at the rear of the car as they are known to fail with weak electrical connections and some reporting after long storage that the battery was flat.
