Air box delete help

The mounting tabs on my right side air box are broken so I need to either replace the box or do a Velocity AP air box delete, which is my preferred option. But my air box has these appendages attached to it. Can anyone tell me what they are and where to mount them if I delete the air box?

So I found out these are for the vacuum operated vents that the Vantage S air box has. If I do the air box delete, do I just close off the vacuum line and disconnect the wire going to that solenoid? Will that cause any issues or fault codes?

It may give a fault code but only a minor fault that won't affect the driving nor caise a warning light.

I have a 3 way switch on my exhaust valves and only get a code when i read them but no other isues.
