I am looking at purchasing a MX5 2013 onwards, is the power fold roof reliable on these as I really do prefer the look of them but get put off being power fold.

Thanks

Yes that seems to be the main thing.

Is that every jap car new or old or just MX-5?

All Mazdas have rust issues...the other Japs less so... personally I would import a car or buy one recently imported and get it fully treated asap..

Yes the roofs are very reliable.

Tip from experience, don’t leave a screwdriver between the panels when closing it, that will break it wink
