Change 550i diff

The diff on my 550i was changed from the stock item, I find the gearing on the diff to be increasing the engine revs to high and gearing to short for my liking. Lucky I have the original diff and now considering changing back to the stock item.
I have estimated around £100 for replacing the three mounting bushes with polytec, but how much would be a fair price for labour to do the work required. ?
Comments and advise appreciated.

Having recently had a driveshaft changed and new diff seals, this was 3hrs labour. I'd budget 4hrs minimum.

A straight diff swap on a ramp is an hour 30 if you're really handy. Only three bolts hold it into the subframe, plus 18 torx bolts for the driveshafts and prop. They're pretty simple - you need to Loctite the prop and driveshaft bolts if not fitting new ones.
