How much oil required - Top up

Checked the engine oil on my exocet ( I mean Exige ) 350 today . Flat surface , oil warm and it was reading approx halfway between min & max. As my driveway at home is on a slight gradient and this is the first time I have had to top the oil how much oil do you think I would need to put in to get it to near max level ?

Just a guess but around half a litre?

Thanks for your feedback . I should have checked the handbook. It states 1.5 ltrs of oil from the min mark to the max. I have put half a ltr in and will check the next time I go out.
