Shocks n springs

Hi guys,
What are everyone recommending for front shocks and springs for a 350i?
After twenty years on the current ones i think a refresh is in order. road use only no track stuff but want to be able to adjust shocks whilst on the car.

ACT sell the GAZ Gold set up. The fronts are adjustable but the rears are fixed. Not sure if they will sell you the fronts only. They have a little bit of a sale on the full kit at the min about 40 quid off so £635+vat for the shocks and springs all round.

Fitted AVO adjustable dampers all round 20 years ago and had no complaints about them. One rear started weeping oil a couple of years ago so just sent them off to AVO for a rebuild.
One thing that was mentioned to me when I was choosing the dampers 20 years ago was how sturdy they are. I'm not sure some of the lighter built dampers hold out well over time to the forces placed on them by the wedge suspension.
