Hello, I have a 1984 Tasmin 280i, can anyone tell me please where to get the bush that sits in the diff lower cradle at the front. I believe mine is the earlier set up before the H style lower cradle. I've found the upper cradle bushes that go between the aluminium beam and the chassis above the diff, just can't find the single lower cradle bush. Thanks

It will be an Imperial-sized Metalastik bush, you just need to know the ID, OD and overall length (inner and outer)... somewhere like Trelleborg (who I think own the Metalastik brand name these days) should be able to help.

The last time I needed some for a complete re-bush of the 390 I couldn't find some sizes anywhere so ended buying longer ones and shortening them in the lathe - that may be an option for you as well.

Thanks for the reply Ian, I contacted racetech and they said they could get me a poly bush to fit there, some hopefully I'm sorted. I hope so, because the old one has now been removed. I have made my own poly bushes, freezing bar stock and then turning on a lathe so I have that option to fall back on. Thanks again...
