motorbike hire in Sardinia ?

Anyone any experience of hiring a bike in Sardinia ?
Mates from Spain and I are thinking of a few days blatting round Sardinia.
Don't know if they want to ride down, but I'll pass on that, and hire something in Sardinia.
Most UK flights land in Alghero I think. So ideally something not too far from there.
Might try a sports bike, as a change from my Tracer. Mates ride GSs, which I am less interested in.
Or maybe something properly dual sport, and try off road ??
