PE Home Screen No Radio/Media

Not had any real issues with the infotainment in my PE, but today as I started out I turned on the screen and the top left quadrant for radio/media slowed MUTE
If I touched the quadrant nothing happened apart from the frame around it momentarily went red
Column controls made no difference and had no effect
Tried turning screen off and on, also tried shutting off car and restarting
Randomly once, it opened into the radio/media screen, but couldn't select anything
Another time manned to get FM, whereas normally use DAB
Another time out would only select AM
Anybody had theirs glitch the same and know why and what to do?
Car is in for service so I asked them to check if needs update
