I’m sure moderating is a thankless and difficult task to get right all the time.
Nevertheless, after a 23 year unblemished posting record I was surprised to recently receive a straight ban rather than a post deletion or similar.
To add insult to injury the reason was rather shockingly given as ‘Hate speech or incitement’. (Not a habit of mine if you want to check any of my 17000 posts).
And my subsequent email to discuss was ignored.
I notice this experience is a carbon copy of another person’s who posted to this feedback forum a couple of days ago.
