Gearbox problem

I have a 2019 Pure model with 20k miles. Yesterday the car went into limp home mode and wouldn’t engage 1st/3rd/5th, it just bypassed them and limited performance. Did the usual lock and leave overnight but same thing happened today.
Any ideas or experiences with gearbox issues?

Yep - I posted in another thread - I had a gearbox freaking out and it was solved by a simple battery replacement on the fob - no problems since (years ago)

Sounds an odd reason for a gearbox fail but I'll try it tonight, I guess a CR32 battery needed.

Brand new key fob battery fitted and car tested but showed no improvement, seems to be slipping in 3rd gear as well as the other issues.
Speaking to my Alpine dealer today, who supplied the car, they serviced it before I collected it but are not able to confirm if the 4th year gearbox oil and filter were changed. Being collected next week for them to diagnose.
