Audi Q7 (4m, diesel 2015, auto) diesel leak help

As title suggests, can someone advise as to what the leak could be caused by? I have attached an image to the post to show where leak builds up.

Currently car is in the garage and they are unsure what the issue is.

They have pressure tested the engine and ran it idle, and cannot replicate the leak to see where it's coming from. Leak only happens when they physically drive the car.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Whilst it's not catastrophic, the smell of diesel isn't pleasant!

Could it be some seals on the injectors?

That at least gives me SOME comfort as injectors themselves look horrendously expensive to deal with. Assume seals would not be as expensive!

I'd be looking for a better garage considering you can see where the fuel is tracking away from the injectors!

Injectors is my thought too. What type of garage are you using? Do they have experience with the make and model? Personally I'd take it to an Audi/VW specialist who know the cars and their faults to save time wasted investigating.

I might also be worth a call to Audi to see if yours is covered under a recall they did for injector seals, I cant tell if your one is eligible or not but I know recalled a load of stuff for faulty injector seals.
