S500 W222 Coolant leak (massive!)

Hi

I have a 2014 W222 S500 4.7 V8, it has a massive coolant leak coming from the engine bay. If you lift the bonnet and look at the engine, it is coming from the left hand side, right by the bulkhead. Down beneath the fuse box and the brake servo.

If you rev the engine up it sprays out quite a lot. Any ideas of what it might be from that location, I’m going to strip it down tomorrow and have a look, but interested if there are any common items in that location? I’m hoping it’s a hose/pipe but I can’t see anything leaking.
