TVR T350 colour - PPG116?

[Painting Classic Cars]

Morning all,

We have a TVR on site for a repair (T350T)
The owner says it is TVR101 Mystic Black - but we cannot find a standard formula.
The body tag on the inner wing says PPG116 - which doesn't seem to refer to anything.

Any ideas?

We have run 3 different Spectros on the body - all are making a formula with way to much blue pearl, and no gold.

Any help greatly appreciated.
