VAG specialist near Nursling

Hello everyone. My Mk.3 Skoda Octavia RS had just developed an oil leak. Work is hectic at the moment so I'd love recommendations please on a local garage who can fix it for me. Would prefer a vag specialist or at least someone au fait with the EA888 engine.

I'm working 10am to 10pm most days on Adanac Park in Nursling. They'll need to collect the car and drop it back off again from there. Cheers all!

Where is it leaking ? the two common ones are rear main seal and timing chain cover, one is much cheaper than the other. Any decent garage can fix it.

There is Independent VW in Chandlers ford or Regal Autosport in southampton but not sure if either would do collection/drop off.

Brookspeed in Eastleigh probably the closest. Not used them for VAG but used to be excellent with my old Porsche

Bit late, but dt auto services in totton have been excellent for me - not a vw specialist but he really goes above and beyond - no courtesy car, but walkable (30 minutes perhaps from nursling ind est) - thinking about it he was contemplating becoming a vag specialist

For other issues I have used 22 Kingston Rd · 023 8022 7159 in Shirley. They are amazing at trouble shooting and I take strange cars there that no one else is willing to touch, frequently get soldiering irons out, REPAIR components rather than randomly swapping

I’ve not used vehicle services for a couple of years now as I have boring reliable cars, hope they are still about as last time one of the two cars was sick
