According to P&O T&C Concessionary unit holders can get a discount.

I believe you need to own 600 units, but whilst I have tried looking online, I can`t seem to find where you buy there or how much they are.

Has anyone had any experience with them ?

Apologies if this has been discussed before, I couldn`t find it.

PO Ferries said:
A qualifying unit holder is entitled to a reduction on the fare set out in the Unit Holders Brochure in respect of each reservation made for a return journey by private motorcar (or motorised caravan or motorcycle) with up to 4 accompanying passengers, including the driver and the unit holder if not the driver, on the following routes operated by P&O Ferries or other members of the P&O Ferries group:
Fare Discount Full concession Half concession
Dover Calais 50% 25%
Hull Zeebrugge/ Rotterdam 40% 20%

You had to hold 600 P and O shares historically. When port of Dubai took over you had the option of selling your shares back to them or getting halfprice ferry tickets. The halfprice ferry tickets are now half price the Flexplus which works out at about 50p cheaper than the cheapest ticket.

Interesting Nige as parents used to have lots of shares in P&O to do this but then did the same with Eurotunnel. Both reduced the discounts to the point it wasn't worth it and sold most off. My dad ironically still has Eurotunnel shares as they would never respond to probate etc so told them to shove it grumpy

Would be good to see if this has ever changed so will watch this.

The only thing I can find is the below and its repeated a lot.

"One of the best-known investor perks up to half-price travel with P&O is no longer available following the ferry business s takeover by DP World last year, although existing preference shareholders were able to keep the discounts."

P&O ferries seems nothing

P&O Cruises - seems you can get discount but different owners.
