Not sure if this has been posted before, but do you have a name for your quiz team? Just been out thinking we might be able to find a quiz, but failed, but at least we had a few options on the team name.
I'll start the ball rolling with:

Ghandi stole my flip flops
Buster Hyman and the Pentrators
We've dissapointed more fat girls then the Atkins diet
and My nan can't wrestle, but you should see her box...

All classy and very pc, but always get a giggle!!

A couple of mates and I started to go to a Tuesday night pub quiz some time back. The first night they elected to called our team Kenny & the Jets

We won £55- so the following week we renamed ourselves 'See You Next Tuesday'.

It took another successive win before the pub worked out what the abbreviation of the name could mean...

I was in a team once where the members were Christine, Phil, Michelle and Mark... I came up with the name

Chris, P, M and M

Cripsy M&M...

... yeah, no one else thought it was funny either [picks finger nail and sulks]

i love that idea. and it would also be decent if you actually won:

"and the winners are the winners!"

Was our team name at the pub most of the time although I can't claim credit for it!

We also used:

"Smoke Me A Kipper I'll Be Back For Breakfast"

and:

"For A Really Good Time Please Call XXXX XXXXXX" (The Bar Man's Girlfriends home number) - It took him a few seconds to work that one out!

We used to use "In first place".

Next, "In first place" with 3 points.

Was at a pub quiz with a few lads from Uni, and the girl asking the questions was "well proportioned"... having a team name of "Ivor Graterack" never failed to amuse us...

There was a prize for the best name alongside the overal winners for our college bar quizzes. We won it a few times.

I remember one where we'd run out of funny names so we just wrote 'see attached' on it and one of the girls stapled an Ann Summers dildo catalogue to it.

We won again.

'Mike Hunt's All Stars' is our pub quiz name;
surprisingly, it gets a laugh every time.
