Private equity CEOs and lobbyists of course, and there are one or two regular posters on here, but ignoring the more obvious choices, who would you select?

I've never heard of Douglas Adams' B-ark. Can we rename the thread 'who do you dislike'

It’s more subtle than that, the Golgafrinchans are not unlikeable, they are just contribute nothing to mankind. Sadly since their invention, we seem to have become more Golgafrinchan as a species rather than less.

Crypto traders would be on my list.

I was recently thinking about this having read Sebastian Faulks’’ musing on Neanderthal man in The Seventh Son

All of the above, plus estate agents and recruitment consultants - consummate middle-men who've shoehorned their way into a process that doesn't actually benefit from them at all as (most of them are) just salespeople with no ability to add any value, only parasitise value out of it.

In the modern digital world it SHOULD be straightforward to photograph and market your house yourself. Except the market-dominant website is owned by estate agents and prohibits private adverts.
Recruitment is slightly more complex but even more of a headache, as candidates need to sell themselves to a (often slimy and usually two-faced) 'consultant' who may have completely different personal judgements to the recruiting manager, and THEN sell themselves to the recruiting manager.
