DB11 Rear Seat COMFORT (not size / space)

I know the rear seat size and practicality for kids has been discussed plenty and this is not asking about that at all. It’s about the comfort / padding of the rear seats. In particular the backrest section….
Took my daughter along to our nearest dealer at the weekend where they had several DB11s in for us to peruse (we are on the verge of buying one). When she sat in the back there was plenty of room but she quickly commented that the backrest was really uncomfortable. When I checked, it seems they are covered in leather but directly over the plastic/metal shell with almost no padding. Given that it’s a very upright backrest, she was more comfortable slouching her bum forward in the seat (still enough legroom) but this of course means the back of her neck/head is pressing on a hard surface. Fine for a 5 minute journey, but probably torture going long distances.
I checked several others and they are all the same. The central ‘spine’ of the backrest where the vertical leather detail is sewn is rock hard. Anyone encountered this and found a solution to pad out the rear seat area? I’m imagining a memory foam lumbar seat cushion which should help with both the vertical-ness and the padding.
Any genius solutions to what is otherwise the perfect car for us???

How old? My son who is 7 was fine in the back for 14 hours over 2 days from Dallas to DC. Also has been fine for multiple 5+ hour journeys.
She is 8. Tall-ish for her age, built like a pencil.But that’s exactly the type of journey we are planning to do - I should say probably only once or twice a year but want to know it’s feasible. Sounds promising. There will be lots of 1-2 hour trips on top.
You got no complaints or comments on the seat comfort or how upright they are?
None at all. He had a pillow back there for one of the journeys which made napping easier (pictured here 
). He also found a very comfy spot leaning against the back corner of the seat where it wraps around to the side of the interior with his legs up (no shoes, obviously!) across the arm rest. Fell asleep a number of times like that.

Fell asleep a number of times like that. We have regularly been doing a two hour run with our 8 and 9 year olds in the back (the boy is 140cm). They say it’s more comfortable than our family car, so who am I to argue! I think they like the cocooned nature of it.
In fairness, when I’ve looked back there, they do seem to sit almost diagonally in the seats - maybe the back rest is the reason.
Over the long weekend we had all four of us, three holdalls, one carry on suitcase (pain the arse!), a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a cricket set, four coats, a carrier bag full of food and three sets of bed linen. It did 25mpg over 300 miles with a 630bhp V12 (although I did just get 11mpg on a round trip to Asda!). It’s ace! I’m going to go so far as to say that it’s a practical family runaround!
