EV Tariff for XC90 T8

MY BG contract is up soon and I'm looking to change as they've been awful - I need a night time cheap rate tariff to charge my T8. Most suppliers want / need me to have a charger, currently I plug in with a 13amp plug into the external socket.

Can I get a ‰V tariff without having a dedicated car charge point?
